Dear Mr. Stokes,

We have had our new Dodge Ram Truck for 2 months (1,500 miles) and we thought it would be a good time to tell you what we thought of experience at Smith Stokes.

We live in northern Virginia and could have purchased our truck at any of about 15 dealerships.  We selected your dealership due to our conversations and dealings with Robert Ladd.  We found your name on the internet and phoned your sales department in hope of getting some more information on the trucks that the web page said were on your lot.  To our good fortune Robert Ladd was the sales person who took the call.  From the very first moment, he treated us like old customers of your company.  He told us many good things about the dealership and about the excellent service department.  The truck we wanted was not on your lot so Robert spend a lot of time searching for our exact truck.  When he found it he phoned us and we gave him the news that the truck of the husband's dreams was not the truck of his wife's dreams.  Robert took this news in stride and said that he could find another truck.  He did this on his day off.  The next morning he had not one but two trucks for us to choose from.  We negotiated a fair price for the truck and settled the deal.

We drove to your dealership on a Saturday, about 225 miles, and every person that we met greeted us with a handshake and a genuine smile.  We brought our dog into the dealership and she was greeted warmly.  The offer of donuts and later pizza at lunch made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable at Smtih Stokes.  Overall our experience with your dealership has been the most positive one we have ever experienced.
